rec·i·proc·i·ty ˌresəˈpräsətē/ noun
Reciprocity in Turn On The Lights refers to Karma and doing unto others as you want done to you. Whatever you say or do to a person, good or bad, you shall be rewarded. - Latisha Robb ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The word I'm teaching my kids this week is Reciprocity. I love to use "big" words a lot in the way I speak because articulation ( the action of putting together words to form an idea or a feeling) is vital when communicating to others. I want my children to be the best! I make sure that the vocabulary that they hear at home will be above the standard outside. I pour a lot into my children because I know that they are carrying our families legacy. They also have purpose here on earth, so why not equip them with some armor to get ready? Its definition is above, both in a general sense, and in social psychology, and Latisha Robb's sense. It is important as a human race, that we know this word, the definitions, and the application of the principals. MIRROR EFFECT I know you all remember doing math and the teacher teaching the reciprocal while doing fractions. Flipping it over, it is the same. 2/3 =3/2 By multiplying these fractions, we get 1. WHOLE. BALANCE. EQUAL. When we look in the mirror, our left hand is now on the right. The type of life we have, our children's behavior, the friends, the job, the love, the respect all is a reflection of what we are putting out. It is the reciprocal effect. I listen to the universal language and I can understand a lot without words. Our senses are a lot stronger than we give ourselves credit for. Pay attention to you and your surroundings. You attracted that. What we are attracting is what we are putting out. You can tell what is being put out by what we're attracting! I only want to attract the best. I realize that darkness is attracted to light, so I have to be careful in how I spend my energy. I intend to pour so much of my energy into helping people everyday, that I am attracting my most positive life. I understand that to whom much is given, much is required. My energy is inside of me bubbling to get out! It is a requirement of mine to shine, so that all others may shine. All the while I am executing these things, I keep in mind that my children are watching and learning from me. I am putting positive in them so they can know how to put it out.
